30.41 - Mischief has appeared in the land and sea because of what the hands of the people have earned so He (Allah) may make them taste some of what they have done, perhaps they will return. 30.42 - Say: Walk in the land and see how the consequence was for those before you. Most of them were polytheists. 30.43 - So set your face toward the correct religion before a day comes of which there will be no repelling from Allah. On that day they will be separated. 30.44 - Whoever disbelieves, then upon him is his disbelief. And whoever does good deed, then they are for themselves preparing. 30.45 - That He may reward those who have believed and done good deeds out of His grace; indeed, He does not like the unbelievers. 30.46 - And of His signs is that He sends the winds as bringers of good tidings and to make you taste of His mercy and so the ships run by His command and so you seek of His grace, and perhaps you will be grateful. 30.47 - And We have certainly sent before you messengers to their people, and they came to them with proofs; then We took retribution from those who committed crimes. And incumbent upon Us is supporting the believers. 30.48 - Allah is the One Who sends the winds so they stir clouds, and He extends it in the sky as He wills and makes it fragments (rain droplets) so that you see the rain emerge from within it. And when He strikes with it whom He wills of His servants, at once they rejoice. 30.49 - And indeed they were, before it was sent down upon them, before that, in despair. 30.50 - And look at the effects of the mercy of Allah, how He gives life to the land after its death. Indeed, that He is the Reviver of the dead, and He is over everything Capable.
